Wine & Cheese

We had our first wine and cheese a couple of weeks ago. We know virtually nothing about either but we know a little about good food and fortunately we have the very best and most forgiving friends.

I had to go to Texas(s) for work this week. One hour south of Houston is Galvestion Island. The beaches are beautiful.

A couple of couples:

End of the Big Dig

It actually only took 3 days. It took them one full day just to penetrate the foundation with a hole large enough for 3 two inch pipes. They don't build 'em like they used to. Let's hope they still patch 'em like they used to.
